D-Scene is one man’s perspective of going out and about in Washington, DC. The venues really don’t change all that much, so you’ll read a lot about the Black Cat, the Rock and Roll Hotel, and similar places playing indie pop and New Wave music. Your verbose commentator Mickey also has plenty to say about music in general as well as restaurants, drinks and personalities.
